"SIA Guest" at Rimini

All set for the new edition of SIA Guest: the great events of the supporting program of the 61st edition of the International Hospitality Fair (Rimini Fair, 26-29 November 2011) reconfirms the leadership of the biggest trade fair in Italy in this market sector. In keeping with the spirit of the Fair, it will take place Sunday, November 27, a meeting entitled: "What are the new frontiers of food in the hotel?" It is expected the participation of representatives of major international hotel chains, coordinated in their actions by Enzo Vizzari, Editorial Director of Guide de L'Espresso. Participants will intervene by offering their views on the development potential of the food and beverage at the hotel and interact in an attempt to identify national and international trends. Workshops will follow to allow for a focused discussion on the various phases of the restaurants at the hotel: from breakfast to dinner. Useful insights to develop a discussion on opportunities for value creation in the offer to the customer, both in terms of return on investment. In terms of exhibitions, there is great anticipation for the SIA Trend, the pavilion in which the proposals will flow in terms of innovative design for the world of hospitality. It should be emphasized also the presence of 100% Hotel, the show created by CODE-event sponsored by the Region of Puglia and the project of construction of the Studio Gritti Rollo. The proposal focuses on what the traveler feels when entering the hotel, where guests can get a first overview of the identity of the territory. Every single hotel, the bearer of values ​​and emotions, then becomes a key player in the tourism industry, a system, a regional marketing strategy.
