"Art & Ciocc" is back in Aosta: the chocolate masters will be in Piazza Chanoux from October 28 to November 1, from all over Italy. Each of them specializes in a particular production, also linked to the tradition of their region of origin. So, with artisans from Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Abruzzo, Molise, Lazio and Sicily, it will be possible to make a trip to Italy from north to south, through the endless variations of chocolate from the chocolate liquor served in crispy waffles, to "cuneesi" with rhum. And the chocolate from Modica, the maxi-cremino hazelnut praline, chocolate with chilli and extra virgin olive oil, chestnut, apple strudel and many other dishes that promise to delight even the most discerning palates.
