In the setting of the medieval village of Bard, at the foot of the historic Fort, the rendez-vous is with the "Marché au Fort", the most important and comprehensive exhibition devoted to food and wine tasting and sale of products typical of Valle d'Aosta . It is an excellent opportunity to learn and discover a world of tastes, flavors and traditions. The gourmets and lovers of taste, eighty producers can meet and get to know the wide variety of enogastronomy Valle d'Aosta. The mountain is the source of the specificities of regional products: the wide biodiversity of its herbs gives meat and cheese flavors and rich aromas unmistakable.
