Alessandria hosts the first "Salone Nazionale del Biscotto", in conjunction with the fifth edition of "Ale Chocolate". From Friday, September 30 to Sunday 2 October, the city comes alive with sweet perfumes, fragrances and flavors. Palazzo Monferrato, historic venue in the heart of the city, will host the best producers of biscuits, while the streets of downtown will host "Ale Chocolate", with the wonderful producers of chocolate. A weekend set in the town, which boasts a fine tradition of art characterized by the granting of numerous pastry artisans. The festival will also host the exhibition of "Biscuits of Tradition" of the municipalities of the province of Alessandria, where local associations will bring homemade cookies that belong to the history and centuries-old tradition of each country.
